By accessing our website, requesting a service, placing an order or engaging Wdo Computer Technologies Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The exact scope of each project will depend on the service requested and the agreement reached between Wdo Computer Technologies Limited and the client.
2. Service Requests
When requesting a service, clients are expected to provide accurate and sufficient information to enable us to understand the project requirements.
Depending on the nature of the project, this may include:
- Project objectives
- Written content
- Logos and brand assets
- Images
- Business information
- Preferred dimensions or formats
- Reference materials
- Target audience
- Required delivery format
- Deadline or preferred completion date
Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality, timeline or cost of the project.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Prices displayed on our website may represent starting prices and may not apply to every project.
The final cost may depend on factors including:
- Project complexity
- Number of designs or pages
- Amount of written content
- Number of revisions
- Required turnaround time
- Additional services
- Special technical requirements
Where appropriate, we will provide a quotation before commencing substantial work.
A quotation may have a specified validity period and may be revised if the project requirements change.
4. Payments
Where a payment or deposit is required, work may begin after the required payment has been received and confirmed.
For larger projects, we may require an agreed deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance payable according to the agreed payment arrangement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final files or completed deliverables may be withheld until the applicable outstanding balance has been settled.
5. Project Timelines
We aim to complete projects within the timeframe agreed with the client.
However, delivery dates may be affected by:
- Late submission of client materials
- Delayed feedback
- Changes to the original brief
- Additional revisions
- Technical difficulties
- Third-party services
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Where a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the situation and establish a revised delivery timeline.
6. Revisions
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the service and quotation provided.
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to work already created based on the original brief.
A completely new concept, significant change in direction or additional work outside the agreed scope may be treated as a new request and may attract an additional fee.
Clients are encouraged to provide clear and consolidated feedback to help keep projects efficient.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for their projects.
You agree that materials supplied to Wdo Computer Technologies Limited—including photographs, logos, text, graphics and other files—are either owned by you or used with the necessary permission.
You must not knowingly provide materials that infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights or other legal rights.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights may depend on the nature of the project and the payment arrangement.
Once the agreed project has been fully paid for, the client will generally receive the agreed final deliverables for the intended use.
Working files, editable source files, drafts, unused concepts and internal production materials are not automatically included unless specifically agreed.
Wdo Computer Technologies Limited may retain rights to its own pre-existing tools, methods, templates, techniques and resources used during production.
9. Client-Supplied Content
Clients remain responsible for the content and materials they provide.
By submitting content to us for use in a project, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce that content.
Wdo Computer Technologies Limited will not knowingly use client-provided materials for purposes outside the agreed project without appropriate permission.
10. Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, Wdo Computer Technologies Limited may display completed creative work in its portfolio, website, social media pages or promotional materials to demonstrate its services.
If a project contains confidential, sensitive or unreleased information, the client should notify us before work begins if the project must not be publicly displayed.

13. Third-Party Services
Certain projects may require third-party platforms, software, hosting services, payment providers, printing companies or other external services.
Where third-party services are involved, their own terms, policies, fees and limitations may apply.
Wdo Computer Technologies Limited is not responsible for failures caused directly by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
14. Cancellation of Projects
If you wish to cancel a project after work has commenced, please notify us as soon as possible.
Depending on the stage of the project, work already completed may be chargeable.
Any refund or cancellation arrangement will depend on the circumstances of the project, payments already made and work already performed.
15. Refunds
Because many of our services involve customised creative work, refunds are not automatically available once substantial work has been completed.
Where an issue arises, we encourage clients to contact us so that the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution considered.
Where a refund is approved, the amount and method of refund will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable terms.
16. Errors and Corrections
Clients are encouraged to carefully review written content, names, numbers, dates, contact details, prices and other important information before approving final materials.
Once a final design or document has been approved by the client, Wdo Computer Technologies Limited will not ordinarily be responsible for errors that were present in the approved information.
Corrections requested after final approval may attract an additional charge where they result from client-supplied or previously approved information.
17. Confidentiality
We respect confidential business and project information provided to us during an engagement.
We will take reasonable steps to avoid unauthorised disclosure of confidential information, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide an agreed service.
Clients should identify particularly sensitive or confidential information clearly when submitting project materials.

Your continued use of the website or engagement with our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
